ARM Automotive LLC — Warranty Policy
At ARM Automotive LLC, we stand behind the quality of the services we perform. Because warranty coverage can vary depending on the type of repair, parts used, and manufacturer or supplier terms, warranty coverage is determined on a repair-by-repair basis.
Warranty Applies to the Specific Repair Performed
Any warranty provided by ARM Automotive LLC applies only to the specific repair, service, or component identified on the repair order or invoice. A warranty does not automatically cover other components, systems, or repairs that may fail or develop problems after the original service.
Warranty Coverage May Vary by Repair or Part
Warranty terms, duration, and coverage may vary depending on the type of repair, parts installed, manufacturer requirements, supplier policies, and the specific warranty stated on the repair order or invoice. When applicable, manufacturer or supplier warranties may have their own terms, conditions, limitations, and claim procedures.
Warranty Inspection and Authorization
All warranty concerns must be reported to ARM Automotive LLC before additional repairs are authorized or performed elsewhere. ARM Automotive LLC must be given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and determine whether the reported concern is related to the original repair or a covered component before warranty coverage is approved. If the vehicle is repaired or modified by another facility before ARM Automotive LLC has had the opportunity to inspect it, warranty coverage may be affected or denied.
Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
Warranty coverage may not apply to failures or problems caused by, including but not limited to:
-
Abuse, misuse, or improper operation of the vehicle.
-
Neglect or lack of required maintenance.
-
Continued operation of a vehicle after a warning light, overheating condition, unusual noise, or other indication of a serious problem.
-
Accident, collision, environmental damage, or other outside causes.
-
Unauthorized modifications or alterations.
-
Repairs, adjustments, or modifications performed by another repair facility.
-
Failure of components that were not part of the original repair.
-
Normal wear and tear or maintenance items.
-
Conditions unrelated to the original repair or service.
Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or component specifically covered by the applicable warranty.
Customer-Supplied Parts — No Warranty
Parts supplied by the customer are installed at the customer's request and carry no warranty from ARM Automotive LLC. ARM Automotive LLC does not guarantee the quality, condition, compatibility, fitment, performance, durability, or reliability of customer-supplied parts. If a customer-supplied part fails, is defective, is incorrect, or causes another problem, the customer is responsible for any additional costs associated with diagnosis, removal, replacement, reinstallation, or additional repairs resulting from that part. Any warranty that may exist on a customer-supplied part is the responsibility of the customer and the original parts supplier or manufacturer.

Warranty Claims and Customer Responsibility
Customers requesting warranty service must contact ARM Automotive LLC as soon as a potential warranty concern is discovered. The customer is responsible for bringing the vehicle to ARM Automotive LLC for inspection when reasonably possible. Warranty coverage is subject to verification and approval by ARM Automotive LLC based on the applicable warranty terms. ARM Automotive LLC is not responsible for expenses incurred by the customer without prior authorization, including repairs performed by another repair facility, towing, rental vehicles, travel expenses, lost time, or other related costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically agreed to in writing.
Manufacturer and Supplier Warranties
When a replacement part is covered by a manufacturer or supplier warranty, the terms and limitations of that warranty apply.
Manufacturer and supplier warranties may differ from ARM Automotive LLC's own warranty coverage and may require specific procedures, inspections, documentation, or approval. ARM Automotive LLC will work with the applicable supplier or manufacturer when appropriate; however, the final determination of a manufacturer or supplier warranty claim may be subject to that provider's policies and approval.
Third-Party / Extended Warranties
Some clients carry a warranty through a dealer, warranty company, or extended service plan that they purchased independently. These warranties are governed by the third-party provider's own rules, coverage limits, approval process, and payment policies, which ARM Automotive LLC must follow when submitting a claim. Third-party warranty providers may reimburse repairs at their own predetermined rates, which may be less than ARM Automotive LLC's standard pricing for parts and/or labor. ARM Automotive LLC is not responsible for any difference between the amount paid by the third-party warranty provider and the actual cost of the repair. The client is responsible for any remaining balance not covered or approved by the warranty provider, including applicable fees, parts, labor, diagnostic charges, deductibles, or other costs the provider declines to pay. Approval by a third-party warranty provider does not change ARM Automotive LLC's standard pricing or guarantee that all requested repairs or charges will be covered by the provider.
Policy Updates
ARM Automotive LLC reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time. Any warranty provided will be governed by the terms, conditions, and applicable laws in effect at the time the original repair was performed, regardless of any later changes to this policy.
